so with the latest version of firefox (3.5.1 i believe) I can't seem to do much in my yahoo mail. I can log in but then when i try to press any butttons or links to read mail or check boxes to delete mail nothing happens. I was wondering if anyone was having a similiar issue. I am also using windows 7 RC and the latest version of Jaws. Trying to figure out if this is a windows 7 issue or if other OS has this issue as well. Never used this version of fire fox under XP.

To monkeypusher69,

Hi, i use Fierfox under xP Pro SP3 with all updates til July of 2009. I can use Yahoo Mail just fine, after sign in. Do you have any addons running in your copy of Firefox that might be blocking some of the yahoo domains? The only issue I've had, and this is pretty specific is that on my copy of IE 7, under XP Pro SP3, hotmail does the same thing as your Yahoo mail does, I can click links, but I've got to navigate with the Jaws cursor and use the mouse buttons to click on links. I haven't yet found a solution to my hotmail not working under Internet Explorer issue.

Yeah i have no scripts and a few other add ons installed. but i tired disabling all of them and still nothing. So i tried completely removing firefox and reinstalling it and still didn't change much . Everything else works but not yahoo mail. which does work fine in IE8. As much as i hate using a mail client, I may just try accessing all my mail accounts through thunderbird or something if i can't figure this out, and if yahoo doesn't charge for imap access. Iwould like to avoid pop3 if i can.

I just checked, and mine does the same thing. I'm using Vista, and I've got the latest versions of both Firefox and Jaws, and Yahoo Mail wouldn't let me do anything.
